Howdy Grilling with Rich Fans!
I am TxBecc also known as Rebecca Risser a 4th generation Texan who loves to grill, but is now living in a small downtown apartment in Washington, D.C. I have always been a pretty good cooker and repeatedly told I am pretty good at it (my matzah ball soup has gotten me marriage proposals). So when I moved to the Washington D.C. area the first that I got myself was a grill pan so that I can keep on grilling! And after 3 years, I am still experimenting all the time, but am happy to share what I have learned about being an urban griller and the never ending series of cooking adventures I have.
